Ready to take your tennis game
to the next level?
Hi! My name is Jim Darstein and my goal with this website is to search out and discover the secrets of all the Elite Tennis Champions of the World and share them with you.
The best place to start would be with my mentor and friend Randy Lynn Rutledge. Randy has created a completely free website called Fix Your Tennis. Be sure to Visit his site for tons of great advice on how to tweak or fix your game.
I have also been traveling all over the world and spending time with The Best of the Best.
Some of the best information I have for you is from Pat Etcheberry, who in my opinion is the best strength and conditioning coach out there. He has helped develop more champions-with his practice must be harder than the matches philosophy- creating over 100 major championships.
The Courtside Coach: A Personal Mental Trainer as well as having conducted Peak Performance Mental Training Programs for more tennis teams than anyone in Sport Psychology. Over 120 Universities and 250 Men’s and Women’s Teams have trained with Dr. Young.
You'll learn tips from tennis coaches like Don Hensonwho is on the cutting edge of teaching tennis-and for the past 15 years presents monthly seminars helping other tennis coaches to become more effective teachers. The price of admission is an open mind.
I've spent some time with Kelly Jones, former #1 ranked doubles pro in the world and coach to many pro players including James Blake, Mardy Fish, and John Isner. Kelly has created and continues to expand TennisLMS-a state of the art computer program for player development of serious athletes.
And I've spent time with Dany Van der Rieten who is probably one of the best coaches in the world and lives and runs an MTM Academy in Belgium. He has studied tennis under Oscar Wegner and has been a personal guest of Nick Bollettieri's when he was visiting tennis facilities for Belgium.
So I will continue my quest to search out the very best information and share with you here on this site. Thanks for visiting
